Terms and Conditions
Hello from PPC University!
Thank you for choosing PPC University. Our website, products, and resources are the property of Groupe Marketing internet Inc. (also officially registered under the business trade name “Pay Per Click Marketing”) an incorporated company registered in Canada, under corporation number 856144-3.
Account Responsibility and Account Sharing
Do not share login information with anyone. Account and login information is personal and nontransferable. We do not allow our users to share one account, as it undermines the purpose of the resources we provide. In addition, sharing accounts entails several risks. You are fully responsible for the confidentiality and details of your account. This includes purchases and other website activities, regardless of whether they are authorized.
Our website design accepts only one active session for each account at a time. This means that if you or someone else signs onto your account on a separate browser (including incognito or private sessions) or device, your current session will be terminated. If this happens to you, we suggest that you change your password immediately. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, notify us promptly via our contact form. Also, if we notice suspicious activities in an account, such as an unusually high count of session terminations, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account until we can verify the identity of the user.
We will not be liable, to the full extent of the law, for any losses or damages incurred during an unauthorized session.
To safeguard your account’s integrity, we recommend that you take the following security measures to strengthen your online safety:
- We highly recommend that you log out and close your browser after completing a session, especially if you’re using your device in a public location.
- Do not trust anyone with your login information.
- When creating a password, use at least 8 alphanumeric characters. Refrain from using dictionary words, your name, or other personal data that can be easily obtained.
Access to the Website
We strive to ensure our website is always accessible, without interruptions or errors. However, to provide you with quality products and service, access might be occasionally restricted. This is so our team can conduct routine maintenance repairs and to integrate new facilities or services to our website. Don’t worry; we try to limit the frequency and duration of any suspension on our side to continuously provide you a good experience.
As stated earlier, by accessing and availing of our products, you agree to comply with our terms and policies. In the event that you’ve done otherwise, or while investigating suspected misconduct, we may stop or suspend your access to our website and products.
Our Products and Services
PPC University is an educational resource, and we mainly provide online courses regarding pay-per-click marketing. For every course, description and specifications are included and presented to you for review. Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and delivery unless otherwise stated.
As of now, all our content on our website, products, services, and communications will be in the English language only. This includes transaction documents such as receipts, payment instructions, and payment confirmations.
Payment may be made through the methods specified on the Order Summary section of our website. You will receive confirmation as well as login information within five working days after payment has been made. The product is considered delivered when account details are sent. Binding purchase contract will take effect then.
All customers are required to pay in Canadian Dollars. If payment is made from an account outside Canada, exchange rates will be calculated by your bank on payment.
The amount payable is indicated on the course description on this website. Should there be errors in the pricing on our website, you have the choice to repurchase or cancel it. If we receive no response after seven working days, we will automatically cancel your order. If you’ve already paid, you will receive a full refund then.
7-Day 100% Money Back Guarantee (all courses)
The PPC University LMS (Learning Management System) is comprised of state-of-the-art question banks, answer feedbacks, links for further reading, timed practice exams, interactive gradebooks, PPC professional profile pages for increased visibility and much more. This is to say that our team has worked very hard and we are very proud of what we have achieved.
Nonetheless, we have decided to offer a 7 day, 100 questions, 100% money-back guarantee! This means that if 7 days or more have passed since your day of purchase or if you submit more than 100 quiz questions for evaluation to our system — whichever comes first — your money-back guarantee will become void.
You can see the number of quiz questions that you have submitted to our system in your dashboard under My Account > Access Details.
Please accompany your refund requests with a feedback describing the nature of your dissatisfaction.
30-Day Free Trial
The 30 Day Free trial does NOT apply to paid courses. For paid courses we offer a 7-Day, 100 questions, 100% Money Back guarantee (see further up). Only courses marked “Free” or Trial” are offered with as a 30-Day Free Trial. Sometimes, 30-Day Free Trials are renewable without questions asked, giving you the opportunity to test our course system as long as you’d like.
The services and products we provide are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply the product you’ve purchased, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will also be provided a pro rata refund for the services and products we weren’t able to supply. However, we will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss incurred due to the unavailability of our courses within the period of subscription in our contract.
